Makes 2 loaves
4 cups nuttywheat (+ 1 bran)
1 carton yoghurt
1 carton buttermilk
1½ tsp bicarb
1½ tsp salt
2 Tbs honey
Mix altogether and bake at 350 F for 1 hour.
Notes: Nuttywheat is a type of flour available in South Africa that has 18% coarse bran added to it. The closest available might be a wholemeal flour, if your country has anything similar.
